PrivGift
Best for: No account, no ID, Monero first
PrivGift is our service. You pick a card, pay in one of eight crypto assets and get the code on the order page — there is no sign-up, no password and no identity check. Pay in Monero and even the payment leaves no public trail.
#2
CryptoRefills
Best for: No account, many coins and networks
CryptoRefills says it sells gift cards and top-ups without account registration or KYC, and accepts Bitcoin (including Lightning), Ethereum, Solana, TRON, TON and stablecoins on many networks — but not Monero.

#5
Bitrefill
Best for: High limits without ID, Lightning payments
Bitrefill requires an email account but no ID below its limits of $5,000 a day and $10,000 a month. It is the go-to for paying over Lightning, but it does not accept Monero.

What "anonymous" really means here
Three things can identify a gift card buyer: the account, the identity check, and the payment. A site that skips the first two still leaves the third — Bitcoin, Ethereum and stablecoin payments are public and can be traced back to exchange accounts.
Only a no-account checkout paid in Monero removes all three. That combination is why PrivGift exists.
