- Do I need an account to buy a gift card?
- No. PrivGift has no accounts. You choose a card, give an email address for delivery, and pay. Nothing is stored beyond the order record needed to re-send your code.
- Is any identity verification required?
- No. There is no KYC step, no document upload and no phone verification, at any order size.
- Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
- Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), TRON (TRX) and Monero (XMR). Payments are processed through OxaPay.
- How fast is delivery?
- Delivery is automatic and triggered by the first on-chain confirmation. Stablecoins, TRX and LTC usually land in under a minute; Bitcoin takes roughly 10 minutes.
- What happens if I send the wrong amount?
- Underpaid invoices stay open until the balance is covered or the timer expires, and overpayments are refunded to a wallet address you provide on the order page.
- Can I get a refund?
- A code that has not been revealed can be cancelled and refunded in the crypto you paid with. Once the code is displayed it cannot be refunded, because it can be redeemed immediately.
- Are the cards region-locked?
- Most are. Gift card balances are locked to the issuing country by the brand, not by us — that is why every product page states the country it is valid in.
