These terms govern the purchase of gift cards on this site. Placing an order means accepting them.

1. What we sell

We resell gift card codes issued by third-party brands. We are an independent reseller with no affiliation to those brands. The brand, not PrivGift, sets the redemption rules, the expiry and the country a balance is valid in; each product page states the issuing country.

2. Orders and payment

• An order is a single crypto invoice created through our payment processor, OxaPay. The exchange rate is fixed when the invoice is created and holds for its stated lifetime.
• The invoice amount is the amount due. PrivGift adds no service fee; network fees are paid by your wallet and are not received by us.
• An invoice that expires without payment cancels the order. Nothing is charged and no code is reserved.
• An underpaid invoice stays open until the balance is covered or the timer runs out. Overpayments are refunded to an address you provide on the order page.

3. Delivery

Delivery is automatic and triggered by the first on-chain confirmation of your payment. The code is shown on the order page and sent to the email address you provided. The order URL is the only receipt: keep it. If a payment confirms and no code is released, contact support with the order reference and it will be resolved manually.

4. Refunds

A code that has not been revealed can be cancelled and refunded in the cryptocurrency used for payment, less the network fee required to send it back. Once a code has been revealed it cannot be refunded, because it can be redeemed immediately and we have no way to verify it has not been.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use this service for any purpose that is unlawful where you are, nor resell codes in breach of the issuing brand's terms. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund it, where we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent.

6. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for a brand refusing a code for reasons on its side, for funds sent to an address other than the one shown on the order page, or for a payment sent without a required memo — none of which are recoverable.
